The inspector successfully arrived at Universal Plaza, located in the bustling Central district of Hong Kong, surrounded by a vibrant environment and strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor enters the building lobby and explains their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtain entry permission. The company's information can be found on the directory board inside the building.

Upon arriving at the target floor (5th floor), the field surveyor observed clear signage for CHIEF's office area. Due to reasons such as lack of prior appointment, the surveyor was unable to enter the premises. It was not possible to photograph the reception desk or its logo, and the office was confirmed not to be a shared workspace.

Through the glass door, although the interior of the company cannot be clearly observed, it feels like a genuinely existing company.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer CHIEF exists at the above address.
