To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

The inspection team then had unimpeded access to the building lobby, which was spacious and impressive. While no standard company signage specifically identifying CGSEC was found, the inspection team proceeded to the second floor of Building 1 of Xinlong Building. Upon arrival, they were immediately greeted by CGSEC's dedicated reception desk, featuring a well-organized layout and highly recognizable branding.

The inspection team successfully reached CGSEC's specific office locations on the third floor of Building 1 and the 17th, 18th, and 20th floors of Building 3, accurately identifying the locations of the office areas on each floor and gaining smooth entry. On-site observations revealed a bustling and orderly office environment, fully meeting the operational standards of a formal financial institution. Furthermore, the inspection confirmed that all office space was exclusively for CGSEC's use, not shared offices. This further demonstrated the standardization and scale of its operations and reinforced the authenticity of the business premises.
