23 Интернациональная улица, Minsk, Minsk Region, Belarus

Reasons for Field Survey
Leveraging regional financial development, the Belarusian foreign exchange market has gradually established an operating system encompassing diverse institutions, making it a key venue for local investors to participate in foreign exchange transactions. To help investors gain a direct understanding of the true operational status of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Belarus.
Field Survey Process
This time, the on-site inspection team traveled to Belarus to conduct an on-site inspection of the forex broker BFB Capital. Publicly available information lists its office address as Belarus, Minsk, Internatsionalnaya street, 25a, office 309.
Upholding the responsibility of rigorous verification for investors, the professional field research team conducted an on-site visit to BFB Capital, based on the established plan and referring to the publicly available address, to verify the broker's actual business location.
The field research team traveled to Minsk, Belarus, to conduct an on-site verification of BFB Capital's stated address at Belarus, Minsk, Internatsionalnaya street, 25a, office 309. Upon arrival, the field research team clearly observed the address Internatsionalnaya street, 25a, the surrounding streetscape was normal, and they were able to capture a panoramic photo of the building. However, no BFB Capital logos or promotional materials were found on the exterior of the building or in the surrounding area.
The surveyors then entered the building lobby and examined the company signs within, finding no information indicating BFB Capital's presence. When they inquired with lobby staff about the company's presence in Room 309, they were told they had no record of its presence and could not provide further information.
Although the surveyors successfully reached the third floor (corresponding to the office 309 listed in the address) via elevator and located Room 309, they discovered it was actually a modeling studio. No BFB Capital-related signs, logos, or office signs were visible at the entrance or inside the room. Because the studio was independently operated, the surveyors were unable to enter, further confirming that it was not a BFB Capital office.
Furthermore, no BFB Capital logos were visible anywhere in the building, making it impossible for the surveyors to determine whether it was a shared office, nor were they able to photograph the reception desk or logo displaying the company's logo. Because Room 309 is actually a modeling studio, BFB Capital's internal office environment, number of rooms, and number of workstations cannot be verified.
Based on the on-site inspection, while the surveyors found the corresponding house number and room, they confirmed that Room 309 was a modeling studio and found no trace of BFB Capital's business operations. Therefore, the on-site inspection confirmed that BFB Capital does not exist at the aforementioned address and concluded that the brokerage firm is a fictitious entity with no actual office or business premises.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the Forex broker BFB Capital as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
