The inspection personnel arrived at the target building, located in a bustling area of central London, with a clean surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information for broker CEXCapitals was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. The security guard informed them that this was the London Stock Exchange and there were no companies here. Entry permission could not be granted.
