The field surveyor proceeded to the Vinhomes Central Park area in Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, based on the address information. The location is situated in a high-end residential area with upscale surroundings and a relatively weaker commercial atmosphere. The apartment building signage can be seen outside the building, indicating that the address is actually a high-end residential apartment.

The inspection personnel entered the lobby on the first floor of the apartment building and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. Since the address is an apartment, not a commercial office area, there is no specific procedure for visitors, and the inspection personnel were unable to obtain entry permission.

Since the address is an apartment and not an office floor, the on-site inspector cannot confirm whether the specific floor is the company's office area. According to the on-site inspection information, the address is an apartment, therefore there is no company signage or security measures, and it is not a shared office.

Through the glass door of the apartment building, the inspectors observed that the interior of the apartment was a residential environment, not an office area, and the overall environment did not match its claimed office positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Corner Fx does not exist at the aforementioned address, as its actual address is an apartment in a high-end residential area, not a commercial office area.
