Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The planned field survey involved our team visiting the broker, Successful Investment LTD, in Hong Kong. According to public information, their office is located at 313-317 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Our professional surveyors took up the responsibility to the investors and carried out a field check on Successful Investment LTD based on the provided address.

The surveyors arrived in Wan Chai, at the specified address. After verification, it was found that the building was actually the China Life Insurance Building. The office park and street environment were average, surrounded by a strong business atmosphere and with convenient transportation. From the outside, the surveyors could capture a clear overall view of the building, but they found no signage for Successful Investment LTD.

The surveyors successfully entered the building lobby, which had all the basic characteristics of an insurance company building. However, when looking at the lobby directory, no company name for Successful Investment LTD could be found - all the information displayed was related to the insurance company's business department.

Due to the absence of specific floor and room numbers for the address, our surveyors couldn't identify any specific locations. After inquiring at the front desk, it was learned that the entire building is solely owned by the China Life Insurance Company and no other companies were located there. Naturally, there was no office of Successful Investment LTD, and no company logo was found in the building. Consequently, the surveyors couldn't capture any images of the company's reception desk or logo, confirming that this location was not a co-working space and further validating that the company doesn't actually operate from here.

Therefore, the field survey confirmed that the broker Successful Investment LTD does not have a real place of business.
