Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team proceeded to Hong Kong as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the broker Starefix. The publicly available information shows its office address is 35th Floor, Block D, TML Tower, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.

Holding a responsible attitude for the investors, the professional field survey team conducted an on-site verification of Starefix based on the aforementioned address.

The surveyors went to Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, and arrived at Block D, TML Tower. The exterior of the building is quite impressive with a large number of mainly small companies located inside. The company park and street environment are average with a strong business atmosphere. Outside the building, the surveyors were able to take clear photos of the full view of the building, but no signage of Starefix was found.

The surveyors smoothly entered the building's lobby which fits the characteristics of a commercial building. However, the company name of Starefix was not found when reviewing the lobby's directory, thus the surveyors were unable to determine the company's location.

Upon reaching the 35th floor, the surveyors found no information related to Starefix and no company logo was found in the building. Notably, the surveyors noticed a high concentration of "shell companies" in the building. Therefore, surveyors were unable to enter the company's interior and consequently could not take photos of the reception and its logo. It was confirmed that this is not a shared office space, thus further confirming that Starefix doesn't have a physical presence here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that broker Starefix does not have a real place of business.

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Starefix as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
