Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Hong Kong as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker XHK. Publicly available information indicates its office address is Unit A, 6/F, Pak Hoi Building, 338 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Based on the address information, the inspection team traveled to the Wan Chai area of Hong Kong and conducted an on-site verification of XHK, which claimed to be located at Unit A, 6/F, Pak Hoi Building, 338 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The inspection team successfully arrived at the target building, located in Hong Kong's prestigious traditional commercial district. Its prime location offers convenient transportation, including proximity to the MTR and various public transportation options, making it convenient for commuters. The surroundings are clean, bustling, and vibrant, with a vibrant commercial atmosphere. The area is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, residences, and shopping malls, showcasing a bustling urban scene. The inspection team successfully captured a panoramic photo of the building's exterior, but no XHK logo was found. The surveyors entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security and staff on site. After a brief exchange, they were granted entry. A sign in the lobby clearly labeled Unit A on the 6th floor as “”XHK Limited, which matched the company name in publicly available information.

Upon arrival at the target floor, the 6th, the surveyors easily located Unit A. The XHK name and logo were clearly visible and prominently displayed. However, due to a lack of prior appointments, the surveyors were unable to enter the building. While the glass doors and other exterior areas prevented a detailed observation of the office environment, interior design, and employee activities, the exterior signage indicated that the overall situation was consistent with the broker's stated location.

Thus, the survey confirmed the presence of XHK at the aforementioned address.

The surveyors visited XHK accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
