Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

This period's field survey team, following the planned schedule, headed to Hong Kong to visit the forex broker ASCO on site. According to public information, its office address is located on the 18th and 8th floors of 288 Hennessy Road, Hong Kong.

The professional and experienced survey team, bearing the responsibility of strict verification for investors, visited Hong Kong according to their carefully planned itinerary. Basing on the aforementioned address, an onsite verification of broker ASCO was carried out.

The surveyors, following the address, went to the Hennessy Road area in Hong Kong for an on-site verification of broker ASCO, claiming to be located on the 18th and 8th floors of 288 Hennessy Road.

The surveyors reached the said building without any issues. The location is in the bustling commercial area of Hong Kong, the surrounding streets are clean, various types of shops and office buildings are scattered, with a strong business atmosphere. From outside the building, surveyors could capture the panoramic view of the building, but no identifier related to ASCO was found.

The surveyors entered the lobby of the building and, after brief communication, got in successfully. In the lobby, they carefully inspected the directory boards, however, ASCO was not to be found on any of them. There was no ASCO logo both inside and outside the building.

Surveyors tried to reach the 18th and 8th floors mentioned in the public address of the company to confirm the specific location, but they could not reach the specific office area of these two floors. Naturally, they could not enter the so-called company office. From the overall situation of the building, this address is not a shared office, and from both the outside and other observable perspectives, no front desk with the ASCO logo could be captured.

From multiple sources and observations, surveyors discovered that the 18th floor is the office of the Emperor Group, likewise, the 8th floor also belongs to the Emperor Group. There was no sign of ASCO operating here. The overall situation shows that ASCO does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Thus, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker ASCO does not exist at the listed address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker ASCO as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
