Introduction

There is a very large number of regulated forex brokers in Cyprus, and in certain cases the regulatory addresses of different brokers are the same. In order to help investors know more about the brokers in Cyprus, this time the inspection team went to Limassol, Cyprus to visit the broker INVESTOUS as planned.

Regulatory Information

INVESTOUS is STP licensed by CySEC, with registered address at: 43, Kolonakiou Avenue, Shop N2B, Ayios AThanasios, 4103 LiMassol.

Inspection Process

According to the address on the regulatory information, the team came to an office building at 43 Kolonakiou Avenue, Limassol city, Cyprus. The office building was very eye-catching, and a shop was located at the address indicating the office of INVESTOUS. There was no logo or other information of INVESTOUS near the entrance of the building. However, at the parking lot, there was a sign relating to F1Markets. Guided by the sign, the team found the corresponding office. The team entered the building and talked with a lady in the office. But the lady said she was not in charge of this kind of things, and she did not allow the team to take pictures of the outdoor, including the sign in the parking lot. The lady only told the team that INVESTOUS and F1Markets refer to the same company which did work here. 

Conclusion

Through the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that at the address in the regulatory information the office place of INVESTOUS really exists. However, the workplace bears the logo of F1Markets, and it is learned that INVESTOUS and F1Markets refer to the same company. That’s all for this session of Field Survey.
