Reason for this visit

According to the regulatory information, there are some changes to the office of AGM Markets. To help investors have good knowledge of this brokers, the survey team decided to have an on-site visit for confirmation.

According to the regulatory information, the broker AGM Markets has the MM license issued by CySEC and located at 214 Arch. Makarios III Avenue, Office 301, ‘IDEAL BUILDING’ Agias Zonis, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus. 

On-site visit

The survey team followed the address on the regulatory information to an office building located at 214 Arch. Makarios III Avenue, Limassol, Cyprus. The exterior of building is somewhat old with Dualix logo on the wall. It is learned that Dualix was the domain name of broker AGM Markets.

To complete this on-site visit, the survey team enter the building but failed to see the logo of AGM Markets. However, they found the logo of Maxigrid on the mailbox of entrance. Also, there was the logo of Maxigrid hang outside the broker office. Later, the team was learned from the office staff that AGM Markets had changed its name to Maxigrid. It occupies the entire third and fourth floors for operation. In addition, there was approximately 40 employees on duty.        

Conclusion

It is confirmed after the survey team’s site visit that AGM Markets’s office indeed is located at the regulatory address. However, the office bears the logo of Maxigrid. In the end, the team learned that the broker AGM Markets has changed its name to Maxigrid. The office scale is quite large with approximately 40 employees on duty. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
