The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging international forex trading market developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as the financial hub of the Middle East, it has attracted a large number of forex dealers from around the world. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual office conditions of forex dealers in the region, the survey team conducted an on-site visit to the UAE.

Process

This time the on-site inspection team went to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker Capital Sands FX in person. According to public information, its office address is 1801, 18th Floor, Bujuman Business Tower (Burjuman Mall & Metro), Dubai – UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates following meticulous planning. They conducted an on-site inspection of broker Capital Sands FX, which is claimed to be located at 1801, 18th Floor, Bujuman Business Tower (Burjuman Mall & Metro), Dubai – UAE.

The on-site inspection team successfully arrived at the target building. Located in Dubai's prime luxury area, it is an ultra-luxury office building right next to the connected Burjuman shopping mall, with complete surrounding amenities and a strong commercial atmosphere. No signage or promotional information related to Capital Sands FX was found on the exterior of the building. The on-site inspection team took full panoramic photos of the building, clearly documenting the overall exterior and surrounding environment.

The on-site inspection team entered the lobby on the first floor of the building, stated their purpose to the security guards and staff, and after routine information registration, were granted permission to enter the lobby. They carefully examined the complete floor-by-floor company directory board in the lobby. The directory clearly listed the names of the tenant companies and their corresponding floor and room numbers, but no information related to Capital Sands FX was found throughout. No LOGO signage of the company appeared either inside or outside the building.

Since there was no registration information for the corresponding company on the directory board, and it was impossible to verify whether Room 1801 on the 18th floor was the broker's office location, the on-site inspection team ultimately could not reach the specific location on the 18th floor, nor did they find the office area of Capital Sands FX. Throughout the process, no obvious signage or security measures of the company were found, and naturally, they could not enter the company's interior. This inspection confirmed that this site is not a shared office, and it was completely impossible to photograph the broker's front desk and the LOGO at the front desk.

The on-site inspection team attempted to ask the staff about the company's occupancy information. The reply was that there was no recent occupancy registration record of the company. It was impossible to further obtain information about the company's internal environment, and there was no opportunity whatsoever to observe the company's interior decoration style or employee activity.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Capital Sands FX does not exist at the above-mentioned public business address.

Conclusion

The inspection team went to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker Capital Sands FX on site. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or related information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to verify with multiple sources of information and make cautious choices.
