A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to Two International Finance Centre, 8 Finance Street, Central, Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker BAOYUN FINANCE which claimed to be located at this address.

The inspectors successfully arrived at Two International Finance Centre, located in the core financial district of Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is prosperous with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for BAOYUN FINANCE was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they were granted permission to enter.

Since there was no company directory for this firm inside the building, the inspectors inquired with the security personnel. They were informed that there was no such company, its specific location could not be confirmed, and access to the interior was not possible. Consequently, they could not reach the target floor, the 19th floor, nor could they check the office area for prominent signage of BAOYUN FINANCE or photograph the reception desk. From the lobby area, the inspectors were unable to observe the company's internal environment. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker BAOYUN FINANCE does not exist at the aforementioned address.
