The overall scale of the building is relatively small and appears rather crowded. The company park and street environment are ordinary, with the surrounding business atmosphere primarily consisting of small and medium-sized merchants. From the outside of the building, the surveyors were able to capture a clear panorama of the building.

The surveyors successfully entered the lobby of the building, which is relatively small, adhering to the characteristics of a smaller commercial building. On examining the directory board in the lobby, they could clearly see the company name of Far East, providing clear guidance for locating the company.

The surveyors rode the elevator to the 11th floor and precisely identified the specific location of Room 1101. Upon arrival, they discovered an eye-catching logo of the company in the building. Despite being unable to enter the company and photograph the reception desk and its logo, they could directly see the company's presence, with the reception desk unattended at the time. Following confirmation, it was established that the premise was not a shared office. The internal office environment appeared to be mediocre, fully validating the company's real existence at this location.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was verified that the broker Far East genuinely exists at the afore-mentioned address.
