Jalan Bunga Dahlia, Sabah, Malaysia

Purpose
The Malaysian foreign exchange market is an emerging forex market that has developed in recent years. With the continuous growth of the local economy and the gradual opening of financial markets, the importance of forex trading in Malaysia has become increasingly prominent. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in the region, an on-site inspection team conducted field visits in Malaysia.
Process
The on-site inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker HyperForex in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Office 3, Jamie Business Centre II, 2nd Floor, Lot 6, Jalan Bunga Dahlia, 87007 Labuan F.T.
A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet investments for investors, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the trader HyperForex claimed to be located at the specified address.
During this process, we encountered many difficulties. The building's information could not be found on the map, and local drivers had never heard of it. Even after arriving at the road mentioned in the address, there was no trace of the company.
Since the building information could not be found on the map and local drivers were unaware of it, the field surveyors had difficulty determining the exact location of the target building. Naturally, they were unable to reach the target building, let alone observe its surrounding environment or identify any company logos or related information on the exterior of the building.
Since the building itself was not even located, there were no scenarios such as entering the lobby or ground floor of the building, stating the purpose to security or staff, and obtaining entry permission after registration or communication.
Similarly, since the building could not be located, it was impossible to reach the target floor, let alone determine whether the office area of HyperForex had clear signage or security measures. There was also no way to assess whether access to the interior was restricted due to strict security or lack of prior appointment. Additionally, it was not possible to photograph the reception desk or its logo, and the office space in question was not a shared workspace.
Since it is impossible to enter the so-called company, there is no way to observe the internal environment, decoration style, employee activities, etc., through glass doors or the reception area. Therefore, there is no situation where the overall environment matches its claimed positioning.
Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that dealer HyperForex does not exist at the above address.
Conclusion
The on-site investigator visited the foreign exchange dealer HyperForex in Malaysia as planned, but found no information such as the company name of the dealer at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the dealer does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
