The field research team successfully entered the building's lobby, which was spacious and elegant, with a modern and luxurious decor, meeting the standards of a top-tier commercial building. Fidelity's company information was clearly visible on the lobby sign, confirming its presence within the building.

After confirming with security, the surveyors confirmed the company's existence. However, due to strict building management, access to the floors requires advance reservations. Therefore, the surveyors were unable to reach the specific floor or confirm its location. They were also unable to enter the company interior, unable to take photos of the reception desk or its logo, and no company logo was found inside the building. After verification, it was determined that the location was not a shared office, fully proving the company's presence there.

Thus, the survey confirmed the existence of the brokerage firm Fidelity at the aforementioned address.
