Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker LERTHAI in Hong Kong, China as scheduled. According to public information, its office address is Room 2863 28/F AIA Central, 1 Connaught Road, Central, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer LERTHAI claiming to be located at Room 2863, 28/F AIA Central, 1 Connaught Road, Central, Hong Kong.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at AIA Central, located at 1 Connaught Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information of LERTHAI was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. No information about the company was found in the lobby.

Due to the lack of appointment and visitor restrictions, the inspection personnel were unable to enter the interior, reach the target floor (28th floor), or take photos of the reception area and its logo. Additionally, this office is not a shared workspace.

Through public areas, the inspectors were unable to observe the internal environment of the company, and the overall situation remains unknown. However, based on the absence of any information about the company upon arrival, it does not align with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer LERTHAI does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker LERTHAI at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but did not find any information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
