Reasons for Field Survey
The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.
Field Survey Process
This issue's field research team traveled to Japan as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker VCM Japan. Publicly available information indicates its office address is located on the 6th floor of the Toranomon Sakura Building, 3-22-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The field research team compiled address information in advance, developed a verification plan, and conducted their work based on the publicly available address.
The surveyors arrived at their target building, located near Tokyo Tower and surrounded by a bustling area. Due to the unobstructed view around the building, the surveyors were able to capture panoramic photos of the building. While the building's exterior was not particularly new, it was generally kept clean, with no VCM Japan signage found.
The surveyors then entered the building's first-floor lobby, explained their purpose to the staff, and were successfully granted access. They inspected the lobby's floor signage and clearly saw VCM Japan's occupancy information, confirming its location on the 6th floor.
The surveyors followed the instructions and proceeded to the 6th floor, successfully reaching their target floor and confirming the specific location of VCM Japan's office. With access granted, the inspectors entered the company premises and observed the overall good condition of the office environment. They also photographed the company's front desk and its logo from the outside, noting the VCM Japan logo inside the building. Judging from the floor plan and management structure, this address is not a shared office.
Based on these findings, the sign at the publicly listed address, Toranomon Sakura Building, 6th Floor, 3-22-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, displays VCM Japan information. The inspectors were able to verify the details within the company, and the address was consistent with the inspection form.
Thus, the brokerage firm's presence at the aforementioned address was confirmed.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited VCM Japan as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
