Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Royce Capitals in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Office No. 1637, Level 16(A), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the trader Royce Capitals claiming to be located at Office No. 1637, Level 16(A), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Financial Center Building, which is located in the most central area of Labuan Island and serves as the local financial hub. The architecture is extremely luxurious, surrounded by a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logo or related information of Royce Capitals was found on the exterior of the building.

The field investigator entered the first floor of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

During the process of reaching the target floor, the digital signage in the hallway only displayed a few lines at a time and changed very slowly, making it impossible to take photos or linger for long. There were several security personnel at the front desk on the first floor, who also prohibited photography inside the building. Ultimately, we were unable to reach the target floor to confirm the exact location or identify any clear signage or security measures for Royce Capitals's office area. Due to strict security, the field investigator could not enter the interior, nor could they photograph the front desk or its logo. Additionally, this office is not a shared workspace.

Since access to the company's interior is not possible, the internal office environment cannot be observed, making it impossible to confirm whether it aligns with the positioning claimed by the trader.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that dealer Royce Capitals does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the forex broker Royce Capitals in Malaysia as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the broker was found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
