The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Ocean Financial Centre. The location is situated in a bustling area of Singapore, with a vibrant surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signal or related information of Amius was found on the exterior of the building.

The on-site inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they were allowed to enter.

However, upon reaching the lobby, it was discovered that the building's directory board contained no information of Amius, nor any specific floor information for the company. Due to the lack of an appointment and specific floor information, the inspection personnel were unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location, and thus could not enter the company's interior. They were unable to photograph Amius's reception area, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the public area, as they could not enter the company's interior, they were unable to observe the internal environment and other conditions of the company. Overall, it was impossible to confirm whether it matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Amius does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker's publicly displayed business address in Singapore as scheduled and was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business place. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
