Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team proceeded to Hong Kong as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the broker SCC. The publicly available information shows its office address is 19th Floor, Keen Hung Commercial Building, 80-86 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong.

Holding a responsible attitude for the investors, the professional field survey team conducted an on-site verification of SCC based on the aforementioned address.

The surveyors went to Queen's Road East, Hong Kong, and arrived at Keen Hung Commercial Building. The building's exterior is acceptable with glass windows installed. The company park and street environment are average, and the nearby area has a strong business atmosphere. Outside the building, the surveyors were able to take clear photos of the full view of the building, but no signage of SCC was found.

The surveyors smoothly entered the building's lobby, which fits the characteristics of a commercial building. However, the company name of SCC was not found in the lobby's directory, thus they were unable to determine the company's location.

Upon reaching the 19th floor, the surveyors diligently inspected the floor but found no information related to SCC, and no company logo was found in the building. Therefore, surveyors were unable to enter the company's interior and could not take photos of the reception and its logo. It was confirmed that this is not a shared office space, further confirming that SCC doesn't have a physical presence here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that broker SCC does not have a real place of business.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
