Purpose

Process

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, traveled to Germany according to a well-planned schedule. They conducted a physical visit to the broker Trustgates based on the aforementioned information.

The verification personnel proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the broker Trustgates claiming to be located at the aforementioned address.

The verification personnel successfully arrived at the target building, located in the city center of Berlin, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the verification personnel found no clear signage for Trustgates on that floor. Due to the name not matching, the verification personnel were unable to enter the company's interior. They also could not photograph the reception area or the reception logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the frosted glass door, as they could not enter the interior, the verification personnel were unable to observe the company's internal office environment, casting doubt on its authenticity.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker Trustgates does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker Trustgates in Germany as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the broker's company name could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
