Reasons for Field Survey
Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.
Field Survey Process
This time, the inspection team traveled to Istanbul as planned to inspect the forex broker IKON MENKUL, located at the publicly listed office address: Esentepe Mah. Harman Sok. NO:5 Harmancı Giz Plaza KAT:10 D:20 / Levent-Şişli - İSTANBUL (Esentepe Street, Harman Street 5, Harmancı Giz Plaza, 10th Floor, No. 20, Levent-Şişli District).
The professional inspection team, committed to verifying the authenticity of the information for investors, conducted on-site inspections based on the publicly listed address after preliminary route planning and address confirmation.
The inspection team successfully and accurately arrived at the target building, located in the Levent-Şişli area. Located in the core business district, the company campus and streetscape are bustling and vibrant, with a strong business atmosphere. The surveyors captured panoramic views of the building from the exterior. The building's modern, minimalist exterior aligns with its high-end office design.
The surveyors then had unimpeded access to the company lobby, which boasted exquisite interior decor. Upon entering, they immediately inspected the floor and room signage. They clearly identified IKON MENKUL's company name, and the address, 10th Floor, No. 20, corresponded perfectly with the publicly listed address, providing crucial visual evidence of the company's existence.
To further confirm the office status, the surveyors contacted the lobby receptionist, who clearly informed them that IKON MENKUL was a resident of the building, and that the office location matched the signage. However, advance reservations were required to enter the office floor, confirming the company's presence from the building management's perspective. However, due to the appointment-required management regulations, the surveyors were unable to obtain permission to access the building. They were unable to reach the 10th floor to confirm the exact location of Office 20, nor were they able to enter the building interior. Consequently, no photographs of the reception desk or the reception desk were taken. LOGO.
Also, through feedback from the front desk and observation of the building layout, we confirmed that this office space is exclusively used by IKON MENKUL and is not a shared office, eliminating the possibility of name confusion due to shared offices.
Therefore, after on-site inspection, we confirmed that the trading company IKON MENKUL actually exists at the aforementioned address.
