นราธิวาส 4, Sathon, Bangkok, Thailand

Reasons for Field Survey
Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.
Field Survey Process
This inspection targeted YLG, a brokerage firm, whose publicly registered office address is 653/19 (ระหว่างซอยนราธิวาส 7-9) แขวงทุ่งมหาเมฆ เขตสาทร กทม. 10120 (Narathiwat Soi 7-9, Thongmahamek Neighborhood, Sathorn District, Bangkok, Thailand). The inspection team rigorously located and conducted verification based on this address.
Upon arrival, the inspection team first confirmed that the address information was completely consistent. Located in Sathorn's core business district, this area boasts a bustling streetscape, home to commercial buildings, financial institutions, and commercial amenities. The area is bustling with activity, embodying the vibrant atmosphere of a mature business district. On-site observation revealed that YLG owns the entire building, allowing the surveyors to capture panoramic views. The building's streamlined exterior design combines business attributes with a recognizable brand, perfectly suiting its role as an office space for a large-scale enterprise.
The surveyors then entered the building unimpeded and reached the company's reception desk. While the building's exterior glass is invisible, preventing direct viewing from the outside, a clear YLG signage is displayed on the exterior, and the prominent YLG brand logo can be seen on the wall, directly confirming the company's exclusive ownership of the building.
After communicating with the front desk staff, they confirmed that this was YLG's headquarters and allowed the surveyors access. However, due to internal regulations, they declined the request to photograph the interior, and were unable to capture the reception desk or its logo. We also confirmed that the location is exclusively for YLG's use and not a shared office, further demonstrating the standardization and scale of its operations.
Thus, our on-site inspection confirmed that YLG, the trading company, actually exists at the aforementioned address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited YLG as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
