According to the regulation information, the Japanese licensed broker AVATRADE was located at 3-20-1, Nanbu, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The surveyor visited the broker.

According to the regulation information and online map, the surveyor found an office building in which Excite One was located.

The surveyor entered the building and found a floor directory on a marble wall at the first floor.

The surveyor was informed from the directiry that the broker’s office was at the 4th floor.

The surveyor then took the elevator to the entrance of Excite One’s office and had a full view of the broker’s logo and a lot of medals and certificates As was estimated, there were about 20 cubicles in the office. It was worth noticing that macaso and Excite One was the same broker.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the broker’s real address was the same with its regulation address.The broker is licensed by FSA  for retail FX, but it should be noted that the license has been canceled by now, and the broker is currently under no valid regulation. Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
