The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in a bustling area of Cyprus with a vibrant surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. Upon arrival, the company's information and logo were immediately visible on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a brief registration, they obtained entry permission. Inside the building, there were also the company's directory board and information.

Upon arriving at the target floor 203, although the surveyor was unable to enter the office area of KAB due to reasons such as lack of appointment, this office is not a shared workspace.

Through the doorway, although the internal office environment of the company couldn't be clearly observed, upon going upstairs, it was confirmed that business was indeed being conducted, proving its real existence.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the broker KAB exists at the above address.
