Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

This issue's field inspection team traveled to Moscow as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the brokerage Xmarket. Publicly available information indicates its office address is Moscow, Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya 6, 51 floors.

Based on this address, the professional field inspection team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection of Xmarket.

The field inspection team traveled to the Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya area of Moscow and arrived at the building at the address. The building is a landmark in the heart of Moscow's central business district and a popular tourist attraction. The company campus and streetscape are well-maintained, with a strong commercial atmosphere and a high level of pedestrian traffic. From the building's exterior, the field inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view and found no signs related to Xmarket.

The field inspection team attempted to enter the building's lobby but was unsuccessful, and therefore was unable to verify the company's name on the lobby sign. After inquiring with relevant personnel, they learned that Xmarket does not exist in the building.

Without access to the building, the inspection team was unable to reach the 51st floor and confirm its specific location. Furthermore, they were unable to enter the company premises, nor were they able to take photos of the reception desk or its logo. The company's logo was not found inside or outside the building. The location was confirmed to be not a shared office, further confirming that Xmarket did not actually operate there.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that Xmarket did not have a physical business location.
