Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex broker globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team for this issue went to Hong Kong as planned to visit the broker, Elio International, whose office address is shown in public information as Room B, 5th Floor, Gaylord Commercial Building, 114-118 Lockhart Road, Hong Kong.

The professional surveying team, with a responsible attitude towards investors, carried out a field verification of Elio International based on the above address information.

Surveyors visited the Lockhart Road area in Hong Kong and arrived at the Gaylord Commercial Building. The building is quite old, with an average company park and street environment. The corridors are narrow, only accommodating two people at a time, space is cramped, and the elevators are small. Outside the building, surveyors were able to clearly photograph the entire building, but did not find any signs of Elio International.

Surveyors successfully entered the lobby of the building, which is typical of an old commercial building. When checking the lobby's directory, they could not find Elio International's company name, thus unable to get the company's location guide.

Surveyors took the elevator to the 5th floor and carefully inspected the floor, but they could not find any information related to Elio International, nor the company's logo inside the building. Therefore, they were unable to confirm its specific location, let alone enter the company. Naturally, they couldn't photograph the reception area and its logo. It was confirmed that the place is not a shared office, further proving that Elio International does not actually conduct business here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Elio International does not have a real business premise.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited Elio International accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
