Samphantawong, Bangkok, Thailand

Reasons for Field Survey
Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.
Field Survey Process
This survey team visited MTS as planned. Its publicly listed office address is 10, 12, 14, 3rd Floor, Sapsin Road, Wang Burapha Phirom Sub-district, Pranakorn District, Bangkok, 10200, Thailand.
Upon arriving at the aforementioned address, the surveyors discovered a significant lack of information: only the street name, house number, and floor number were indicated, but the specific building name was missing, significantly hindering location. After extensive investigation and inquiries in the surrounding area, the surveyors confirmed that there was only one building on Sapsin Road that met the requirements for office use. They then proceeded to the building and captured a full panoramic view. On-site observations revealed that the surrounding street environment was average, with no dedicated “”corporate campus“” facilities. The “”corporate campus and street environment“” were recorded as “”average.“”
The surveyors successfully entered the building lobby and immediately inspected all areas marked as resident companies, including signage, wall directories, and electronic screens. They found no MTS-related names or office information, nor did they see the company's logo. Unable to obtain specific directions to the “”3rd Floor, Rooms 10, 12, and 14,“” as MTS claimed, from the address and lobby information, the surveyors attempted to contact building staff, who stated that the company's presence was not registered. Consequently, they were unable to reach the specific floor, confirm the office location, or even enter the so-called “”company interior.“”
It was confirmed that the building was not a shared office, but since no trace of MTS's office was found, the “”normal“” label for the “”company interior office environment“” lacked any basis for verification, as the company's office space was not available. Office-related information such as the number of rooms and workstations was also unverifiable. The “”no“” label (unable to enter the company) stemmed from the lack of a physical office space.
Thus, the survey confirmed that the trader MTS did not exist at the aforementioned address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the MTS as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
