Field Survey Process

This issue's field inspection team traveled to Hong Kong as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the trading company De Riva. Public information indicates its office address is Rooms 2601-3, 26/F, Tai Tung Building, 8 Fleming Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Based on this address, the professional field inspection team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection of De Riva.

The inspection team traveled to the Wan Chai area of Hong Kong and arrived at Tai Tung Building. The building's exterior is attractive, with typical office building features. The company campus and streetscape are average, and the surrounding commercial atmosphere is strong. From the exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building.

The inspection team successfully entered the building's lobby, which was typical of a commercial building. Upon checking the lobby sign, they clearly identified De Riva's company name, providing clear directions to the company.

The inspection team took the elevator directly to the 26th floor. Upon exiting the elevator, they were immediately in sight of the company and accurately confirmed the location of Room 2601-3. From the outside, we can photograph the reception desk and its logo. Although our inspection team was unable to enter the company, we were able to observe the typical office environment. We confirmed that the location is not a shared office, fully proving the company's presence at the address.

Thus, our inspection confirmed that the trading company, De Riva, actually exists at the aforementioned address.

The surveyors visited De Riva accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business.
