The inspector successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in an ordinary surrounding environment with an average commercial atmosphere. The building is relatively old, and the company's nameplate can be directly seen from the outside.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and, after explaining their purpose to the security personnel, successfully obtained permission to enter. The company's directory could also be seen in the lobby.

Upon arriving at the target floor (5th floor), the field investigator noticed clear signage for CFI's office area. Due to reasons such as lack of prior appointment, the investigator was unable to enter the premises. However, the investigator managed to photograph the reception area and its logo, confirming that the office is not a shared workspace.

Through the doorway, although the internal office environment of the company could not be seen, the on-site investigator confirmed that the company genuinely exists at this location.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the broker CFI exists at the above address.

Conclusion
