Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Field Survey Process

The field survey team planned a visit to the broker, SD GOLD, in Hong Kong. Its publicly reported office address is the 45th floor, Tower 1, Times Square, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, responsible towards the investors, conducted an on-site verification of SD GOLD based on the given address.

The surveyors went to the Causeway Bay area of Hong Kong and arrived at Tower 1, Times Square. The building is located in the core business district of Causeway Bay. The company's campus and street environment are in good condition, surrounded by a strong business atmosphere, housing many well-known companies and high-end merchants, with excellent facilities. Outside the building, the surveyors were able to clearly take a panoramic view of the building, but did not find any signs of SD GOLD.

The surveyors successfully entered the high-end lobby that is consistent with the characteristics of a Grade A office building. When checking the lobby directory, the 45th floor showed the names of other companies and not SD GOLDs name, making it impossible to obtain directional guidance to the company.

The surveyors proceeded to the 45th floor to try to identify the exact location. Upon arrival, they found that there was only one company on the entire floor, but it was not SD GOLD, and there was no logo of the company inside the building. Since they could not confirm its specific office location, the surveyors could not enter the company's interior, thus no photos of the reception and its logo could be taken. It was confirmed that this place is not a shared office, which further verifies that SD GOLD is not actually doing business here.

Therefore, it was confirmed after the survey that broker SD GOLD does not have a real business premise.
