Process
The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker MTS Bullion in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is UNIT B1, LEVEL 21 114 - 118 LOCKHART ROAD, WAN CHAI GAY LORD COMMERCIAL BUILDING HONG KONG.
A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and proceeded to the Canot Commercial Building at 114-118 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer MTS Bullion claimed to be located at this address.
The inspector successfully arrived at the Cano Commercial Building, located on Lockhart Road in Wan Chai, with a relatively bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for MTS Bullion was found on the exterior of the building.
The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter. No information about the company was found on the directory inside the building.
Upon arriving at the target floor (21st floor), the field investigator found no MTS Bullion office area or clear signage, nor any security measures. However, since no relevant signs of the broker's presence were detected in the first place, the investigator was unable to enter the premises. Additionally, they could not photograph the reception desk or its logo, and it was not a shared office space.
Through the doorway, the on-site inspector was unable to observe the internal environment of the company, and the overall situation did not match its claimed positioning. Upon arrival and confirmation of the address, no information about the trader was found, leading to the conclusion that it was fraudulent.
Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer MTS Bullion does not exist at the above address.
Conclusion
The on-site investigator visited the forex broker MTS Bullion in Hong Kong, China as planned, but could not find any information such as the company name at the publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
