Process

As scheduled, the on-site inspection team visited the forex broker TRULY in Hong Kong, China. According to public information, its office address is Room C, 8th Floor, Chi Fu Commercial Building, 116-118 Ma Tau Wai Road, Hung Hom, Kowloon.

A professional and experienced site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors, proceeded to Hong Kong, China according to a well-planned schedule to conduct a physical verification of the trader TRULY claiming to be located at Room C, 8th Floor, Rich Commercial Building, 116-118 Ma Tau Wai Road, Hung Hom, Kowloon.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Rich Commercial Building. The location is on Ma Tau Wai Road in Hung Hom, Kowloon, with a generally lively surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information of this trader was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, permission to enter was granted.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 8th floor, the inspection personnel found no prominent signage for TRULY in the office area. As no signs of the company's existence were found, the inspection personnel could not enter the interior and were unable to photograph TRULY's reception desk and its LOGO. This office area was also not a shared office.

The inspection personnel found no information about this trader. Upon inquiring with the security guard, they were informed that there was no such company, leading to the judgment that it was false. Through the public area on the floor, as they could not access the corresponding entrance, they could not observe the company's internal environment and other conditions.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the trader TRULY does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker's TRULY at the publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
