Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker MISL in Hong Kong, China as scheduled. According to public information, its office address is Room 08, 16th Floor, Kwong Sang Hong Centre, 151-153 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the trader MISL allegedly located at Room 08, 16th Floor, Kwong Sang Hong Centre, 151-153 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Kwong Sang Hong Centre, located on Hoi Bun Road in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is relatively bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information for MISL was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After a brief communication, they were granted entry permission. However, the company's information was not listed on the directory inside the building.

Upon arriving at the target floor (16th floor), the field investigator found no visible signage for MISL in the office area, nor any security measures. Upon inquiry, the security guard stated that no such company existed and it was fictitious. As no relevant company information was discovered, the investigator could not enter the premises or photograph the reception area and its logo. The office was not a shared workspace.

Through the doorway, as it was not possible to enter the company's interior, the internal environment and other conditions of the company could not be observed.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the broker MISL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the forex broker MISL at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but did not find any information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
