Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This survey team visited EHG as planned. Its publicly listed office address is Yenibosna Merkez mah. Ladin sok. Kuyumcukent no: 4/2114 Bahçelievler / İstanbul (Ladin sok, Yenibosna Central District, Bahçelievler, Istanbul, Turkey).

The survey team traveled to the aforementioned address and successfully reached their target location, capturing panoramic photos of the building. However, upon on-site observation, no EHG-related company campus signage was found at the address. The “”company campus and street environment“” section was deemed “”non-existent“” due to the absence of a corresponding office space.

The survey team successfully entered the building lobby. Although they did not find a sign clearly displaying company information or the EHG logo, they were able to reach the stated floor and confirm the location. However, on-site verification revealed that the address was actually a spot gold market, with no financial companies located there, and no EHG offices.

Due to the lack of a physical office space, the inspection team was unable to enter the company and could not photograph the reception desk bearing the EHG logo. The “”No Entry“” label for the “”Internal Office Environment“” was actually due to the fact that “”such a financial company does not exist.“” Information such as the number of rooms and workstations could not be verified, and it was confirmed that the address was not a shared office.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the broker EHG did not exist at the aforementioned address and that the address information on the inspection form was inconsistent.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the EHG as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
