The verification personnel successfully arrived at the target building, located in Mongkok, Kowloon, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 19th floor, the verification personnel found no clear signage for Lunboux, nor any related security measures. As there was no information about the company within the building, the verification personnel were unable to enter the interior. Furthermore, they could not photograph the reception area, and this location was not a shared office space.

Through the public areas on the floor, the verification personnel could not observe the company's internal environment. Despite the strong commercial atmosphere in the surrounding area, no information about this broker was found upon entry, leading to the conclusion that the broker's office address is false.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that broker Lunboux does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
