The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Novena Square Office Tower A, which is located in a bustling area of Singapore with a clean surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for GEX was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, upon reaching the building directory, although I found a company listed at the corresponding address, floor, and unit number, it was not the same as the current GEX company. Additionally, without an appointment, I couldn't proceed to the 13th floor to verify the exact location of GEX company. Consequently, I was unable to determine whether GEX company's office area had clear signage or security measures, nor could I enter the premises to photograph the reception desk or its logo. The office in question was also not a shared workspace.

Since access to the company's interior is not possible, it is impossible to observe the internal environment, decoration style, and employee activities.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer GEX does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion
