This time, the inspection team traveled to Minsk, Belarus, as planned, to conduct a comprehensive on-site inspection of the publicly listed office address of broker Fire Capital Market: 36/1 Internatsionalnaya Street, Office 823, 220030, Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

The inspection team successfully located the building at 36/1 Internatsionalnaya Street, Minsk, and captured a clear panoramic exterior view. However, on-site observation revealed that the area lacked a well-organized commercial park layout, with most of the surrounding area consisting of ordinary residential buildings and small shops. Furthermore, a thorough inspection of the building's public areas also failed to locate any company logos or office directions.

Therefore, the inspection personnel were unable to determine the specific floor and location of Office 823, and were unable to enter the alleged company. Furthermore, they were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo, and found no trace of the company's actual presence. The inspection confirmed that the location was not a shared office, ruling out the possibility that it operated as a shared workstation.

The inspection personnel further verified Fire Capital Market's office information with building security and received a clear response that no such company was located there. This directly confirmed that the broker's claimed Office 823 did not actually operate, and that the reported address was false.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that Fire Capital Market did not have a physical business location.
