Field Survey Process

The field survey team visited the broker UniForex in Hong Kong as planned, with its office address publicly listed as Fulin Metropolitan in Hunghom, Hong Kong.

With a commitment to responsible investment, the professional surveying team conducted an on-site check on UniForex using the above address.

Surveyors arrived at Fulin Metropolitan in Hunghom, Hong Kong. From the outside of the building, there was no signage of UniForex visible.

Surveyors entered the building lobby, which presented basic commercial building characteristics. However, upon checking the directory in the lobby, UniForex's company name wasn't found, and the address provided by the broker didn't include a specific door number, making it impossible to pinpoint the location accurately.

Surveyors inquired at the reception and were informed that there was no company named UniForex in Fulin Metropolitan. They were therefore unable to reach a specific floor or verify the specific location, let alone enter the office, so they couldn't photograph the reception and its logo. The location is not a shared office space, further validating that UniForex does not actually operate here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker UniForex does not have a real business premises.
