Reasons for Field Survey

The foreign exchange market in Vietnam has developed in recent years. It implements a managed floating exchange rate system, and the exchange rate regime continues to evolve. In terms of market size, it reached 3.4 billion USD in 2024, but overall it is still in its early stages with a limited variety of products. As Vietnam becomes a regional manufacturing and export hub, trade agreements increase, and technological advancements drive online transactions, the foreign exchange market is expected to further develop. The on-site investigation team has traveled to Vietnam to conduct field visits.

Field Survey Process

This on-site inspection is targeted at the trader BESTOPEX, whose publicly registered office address is Sala City, Ward An Loi Dong District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Sala City, An Loi Dong Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, without specific house number or floor information). The inspection team strictly followed this address for location and verification, and found that the address has obvious missing information, which poses an obstacle for precise location.

Upon arriving at An Lo Dong District in District 2, the inspection personnel conducted a comprehensive investigation around Sal a City: by inquiring with local residents, community workers, and reviewing regional maps, no clearly marked buildings, commercial complexes, or office parks labeled as Sal a City were found; further expanding the search scope, it was discovered that the area is predominantly residential apartment buildings, with no office-functional buildings whatsoever, completely lacking the necessary operational carrier conditions required by financial traders.

The survey personnel, due to the lack of a clear target building, could only record the overall environment of the apartment area; and were unable to locate the company lobby, nor were there any office-related elements such as building directories or specific floors. After repeated checks in the area, no LOGO markings related to BESTOPEX were found. Upon verification, the public address not only had incomplete information making precise location impossible, but the target area was actually a residential zone with no office facilities, completely contrary to the reasonable attributes of a trader's office address, lacking any core evidence to prove the actual operation of BESTOPEX.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer BESTOPEX does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The field investigator conducted an on-site visit to BESTOPEX as planned, but found no trace related to the company at its claimed address, indicating that the trader does not have a genuine business location. Investors are advised to carefully consider this to avoid unnecessary losses.
