Founded in March 2012, Founder Securities (Hong Kong) Financial Holding Co., LTD. is the wholly-owned subsidiary of its mainland-based parent company Founder Securities Co., LTD., which is among the first comprehensive securities companies in China. 

Founder Securities is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission (SFC) to engage in relevant regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Regulation, and takes compliance with provisions and requirements of the SFC. 

Office

According to regulatory information, Founder’s office in Hong Kong is located at Room 1710-1719, Jardine House, Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong.The inspection team paid a field visit to this place. 

According to the address, the survey staff found Jardine House. This tall and magnificent modern building was the destination for this session. After explaining to the security guards what they came for, the surveyors were allowed to go upstairs for a visit.

The surveyors entered the building and took an elevator to Level 17. According to a companies directory sign, Founder Securities is situated in Room 1710-1719, in line with its regulatory address.

Surveyors found their target as soon as they got out of the lift. Through the glass door, the red logo of Founder Securities was clearly visible.

The surveyors then stood outside the door and peeked through glass doors into the company’s office, which was estimated to house about 30 people.

Conclusion

A field investigation confirmed that the actual address of Founder Securities was consistent with its regulatory address,the SFC futures trading license held by the broker had been canceled.Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
