Inspection Reason

In recent, many investors made telephone calls to the inspection team asking for disclosure of more brokers whose regulation addresses were unauthentic. The surveyor decided to go to the Daccicafx’s office in New Zealand to learn more about the broker.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the New Zealand licensed broker was located at Suite 12, 231 Dairy Flat Highway Albany Auckland. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.

The surveyor made much effort and found at last the office building indicated by the regulation information.

The surveyor entered the building, walked to the 2rd floor and found there were four small offices on this floor. It was known from the signposts on the office doors that all of the four offices were not the surveyor’s targeted office. In order to ensure the accuracy of the inspection result, the surveyor asked an employee working in one of the offices whether Daccicafx worked in the building or not. The employee said he didn’t know.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of Daccicafx in New Zealand was different from its regulation address. The broker’s financial service company license(RN: 404486) was suspected to be a cloned license.
