On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to the UAE to visit forex broker FX SmartBull as planned according to its regulatory address that Churchill Commercial Tower, Office No 1103, 11th Floor, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

The investigators came to the Business Day in Dubai, UAE for an on-site visit to the broker‘s office, and located the modern Churchill Commercial Tower in the prosperous city center. Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel saw FX SmartBull’s office on the 11th floor, where the brokers name and logo were displayed prominently.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the place.

Conclusion

The survey team went to the UAE to visit forex broker FX SmartBull as scheduled, and found the company at its regulatory address. This indicates that it has a physical business office at the location. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make a judicious decision following much deliberation.
