Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

This issue's field research team traveled to Tokyo as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of broker EXP. Publicly available information lists its office address as 3-6 4F, Kojimachi Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

With a sense of responsibility to rigorously verify the integrity of investors, the professional and experienced field research team traveled to Tokyo according to a carefully crafted plan. Based on the aforementioned address, they conducted an on-site inspection of broker EXP.

Based on the address information, the field research team traveled to the Kojimachi area of Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, attempting to locate broker EXP located at 3-6 4F, Kojimachi Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan. The field research team successfully arrived at the building at the address. The company campus and surrounding streets were luxurious, and they successfully captured panoramic views of the building.

However, the field research team was unable to enter the building, and consequently, the company lobby. Upon investigation, they discovered no company signage, and no EXP logo was visible on either the exterior or interior of the building. 

Upon arriving at the building, the surveyors carefully checked the floor information and discovered that the company's listing was missing from any of the floors. Therefore, they could neither reach the specific floor, confirm its location, nor enter the company. The address was not a shared office, and no photo could be taken of the reception desk with the EXP logo. Although the office environment was described as luxurious, the lack of access made it impossible to verify its specifics, including the number of rooms and workstations.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the trader EXP did not exist at the aforementioned address, and the address did not match the one listed on the survey form.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the EXP as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
