Reasons for Field Survey
The foreign exchange market in Vietnam has gradually developed in recent years with the increase in economic openness. As one of the emerging markets in Southeast Asia, the demand for foreign exchange transactions has increased due to the growth of cross-border trade and the need for diversified investment portfolios. To help investors comprehensively understand the actual operations of local forex brokers, the on-site inspection team visited Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to verify the authenticity of the broker Gia Cat Loi.
Field Survey Process
The on-site inspection team of this issue went to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam as planned to visit the forex broker Gia Cat Loi. According to public information, its office address is 95 Nguyen Cong Tru, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCMC.
A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Based on the aforementioned address information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer Gia Cat Loi.
The field survey personnel successfully arrived at the target area—Nguyen Cong Tru Road in Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. This location is situated in a densely commercial area in the city center, with clean surrounding streets and a strong commercial atmosphere. According to the address guidance, the target building is an office building. Upon arrival, the survey personnel found the building to be closed, with no prominent company signage or related information displayed at the entrance, and the Gia Cat Loi logo was also not visible.
The field investigator attempted to enter the building and explained their purpose to the security guard on duty in the lobby on the first floor, hoping to access the floor at 95 Nguyen Cong Tru to verify the office space of Gia Cat Loi. However, since the investigator had not made a prior appointment and did not provide relevant identification, the security guard denied entry citing the building's security regulations, and permission to enter was not granted.
Due to the inability to enter the building, the on-site inspector could not reach the target floor, and thus could not confirm whether the address is the office area of Gia Cat Loi. Through observation of the street and entrance, no company signage or internal markings related to Gia Cat Loi were found, and the panoramic view of the building showed it to be in a closed state, with no company logo at the entrance.
Final conclusion: After on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Gia Cat Loi does not exist at the aforementioned address.
