Field Survey Process

The target address for this field survey was 7-12-1001 Nihonbashi Kofuna-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

Upon arrival, the field surveyors observed that the company campus and streetscape at the address were mediocre, lacking the professional, business-like atmosphere expected of a financial broker. The field surveyors successfully captured a panoramic view of the company building, but a thorough inspection of the building's exterior walls, entrance signs, and other areas revealed no company logos or office directions related to Xinke Limited.

The field surveyors entered the building lobby and examined the signage, confirming no record of the company's name, nor any Xinke Limited logos either inside or outside. The field surveyors were unable to reach the specific floor or confirm the location, enter the alleged company interior, or photograph the reception desk or its logo. The location was confirmed to be non-shared office space, ruling out the possibility of shared workstations.

Inspection personnel examined the building's exterior mailbox signage and discovered that the mailbox corresponding to the target address contained an individual's name and an organization related to the Tokyo Medical Club. This information completely contradicted the name of the broker, Xinke Limited, and its use had no connection to financial trading. This confirmed that the address was not the broker's office.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that Xinke Limited did not have a physical business location.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
