OZLIMITED claims itself as an Internet forex trading service platform founded as early as in 2003, focused on Chinese domestic investors and capital markets. The company claims to be providing types of trading services in forex, crude oil, precious metals and index contracts for difference. 

OZLIMITED also claims that it aims to set up financial service branches in regulated regions around the world to serve local markets, and that it has already set up offices in China and Australia. It also says that it has an Australian subsidiary called Tiger Financial Technology Pty Ltd (ABN 65 092 375 703), which is authorized to provide personal and general advice and to manage entrustor accounts under agreements.

Office

According to its claimed ASIC AFS license details, OZLIMITED’s head office is at Level 19, 60 Margaret Street, Sydney, Australia. The survey staff was sent there for a field investigation. 

The inspection team found a relatively new office building according to the address.

The survey staff entered the building. A floor guide in the lobby showed that  the 19th Floor was “OFX (OZFOREX)”. Was this the the same company as OZLIMITED? At that time, the surveyors believed so.

So they took an elevator to Level 19.

They walked all the way through the corridor and discovered that the entire floor was the the company’s property. The surveyors visited one of the offices. A black front desk with logo “OFX” on the facade was seen with potted plants on shelves at the back. 

Conclusion

As confirmed by the inspection team after the on-site inspection, the regulatory address of the Australia licensed broker OZLIMITED matched its real office address. Investors may consider the broker.
