Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker HTX in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is "OFFICE NO.6 ON 12 FLOOR, WEALTH COMMERCIAL CENTRE, NO.48 KWONG WA STREET, KOWLOON HONG KONG".

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet investments, meticulously planned and traveled to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer HTX claiming to be located at the said address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Fortune Commercial Centre, located at 48 Kwong Wa Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The surrounding streets are quite lively with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information of HTX was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and, after explaining their purpose to the security personnel, successfully obtained entry permission. There was no information about this company on the directory inside the building.

Upon arriving at the target floor (12th floor), the field investigator found that the office area of HTX had no clear signage or security measures. However, due to the lack of an appointment, the investigator was unable to enter the interior, take photos of the reception area or its logo, and confirmed that this office is not a shared workspace.

Through the common areas of the floor, the on-site inspector was unable to observe the internal environment of the company, leading to the conclusion that it is fraudulent. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer HTX does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the forex broker HTX at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but found no information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
