Reasons for Field Survey

The Russian foreign exchange market is one of the most important financial markets in Eastern Europe. Leveraging its abundant energy resources and growing economy, the Russian forex trading business has gradually flourished, attracting numerous international and local traders. To help investors gain a deeper understanding of the actual operations of forex brokers in the region, a field research team conducted an on-site visit to Russia.

Field Survey Process

This time, the on-site inspection team traveled to Moscow as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of the brokerage firm Alpari. According to public information, its office address is 16 Rakotnyi Avenue, Building P, 14th Floor, Rooms XXVIII, 30-34, Moscow, 129164.

With a sense of responsibility to rigorously verify the integrity of investors, the professional and experienced inspection team traveled to Moscow according to a carefully formulated plan. Based on the aforementioned address, they conducted an on-site inspection of the brokerage firm Alpari.

Based on the address information, the inspection team traveled to the Rakotnyi area of Moscow, attempting to locate the brokerage firm Alpari at the aforementioned address. The inspection team successfully arrived at the building at the address and successfully captured a panoramic view of the building. However, no features associated with the company were found in the company campus or surrounding streets.

The inspection team was unable to enter the company lobby. Upon investigation, they found no company signage inside the building, and no Alpari logo was visible either on the exterior or inside. 

Upon arriving at the address, the inspection personnel found no information regarding the brokerage firm. Therefore, they were unable to determine the specific floor, confirm its location, or enter the office. The address was not a shared office, and no photos of the reception desk bearing the Alpari logo could be taken. Information regarding the internal office environment, the number of rooms, or the number of workstations was also unavailable.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the brokerage firm Alpari did not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Alpari as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
